If you have already sent in a support ticket and they have not responded, then they’ve probably done their investigation and came to the conclusion that it’s not a bot.

If you are going to claim that someone is bot, you should have some proof or evidence to support that claim.

Instead, all I see is a new player who does not know how to play the game making a very bad mistake and then crying about it.
