how can it be “beyond”?
Do you have other skills trained that require on “Gunnery LvL Whatever”? If so you probably have to extract those first.

… that the problem, normal it show which skills block the extraction, but here it show an other “error” “beyound” how???
normally gunnery caps at 256,000 SP, You have 372,760 SP in the skill. Probably need to contact a GM to extract the SP.
There’s been a few bugs (and possibly exploits) over the years that allowed for skills to end up with more SP than they should have so like I said you probably need to contact a GM to get it sorted out.
I’ve seen it happen before but I was able to extract it, looks like CCP has prohibited that since.
