I do actually. It is not something the rules here allow to discuss or even link, as Falcon has pointed out a few times, but it is something I have sent to security at ccpgames dot com for each trace and source. Iâm not the only one, thereâs a few people in a null block who hunt sig bots and who regularly send in reports. As far as we can tell itâs a single codebase, but with addins / specialisations, connected to the intel net bots used to map / block null traffic / activity.

What they do is up to them, and entirely their own choice.

Reasoning for delay structure:
Gates/stations/structures are now equipped to identify and broadcast the information on pilots in system. In high sec, the information is readily available. In low-sec, due to lower population, the information takes some processing time. In null, it takes even longer.
Due to the nature of said technology, you cannot log out in space and then back in without triggering your identity being in the next broadcast. If you enter the system through a wormhole, no-one knows you are there until you dock, use a starbase, enter a gate, or talk.
One can certainly prove negatives. You only havenât learned how. Itâs just one more of your dumb claims.
We told you to report the bots. You then claimed it wouldnât stop bots and your claim was based on hearsay by others, certainly not on evidance. CCP released their numbers and it dwarfed all hearsay, showing how effective they truly are.
You use words such as ârandomâ, âdynamicâ and âinteractiveâ to describe your popups, but the word youâre really looking for is âmagicallyâ. You want popups to magically stop bots, simply because you cannot grasp how to effectively stop bots.

We all know mining and ratting bots exist in abundance, and that they are harming balance/economy and reputation of EVE.
All options to remedy that should be explored and as many as feasible implemented.
Why? Ever looked at BDO afk income mechanisms? I can assure you, commercial thinking will see seriously ample options to make botting pay for PA.
This may sound cold, but I really think that this debate is pretty much over until it becomes clear what lessons and options PA will decide to take over time for this subject.

Aye, but this kind of core debate is now not CCPâs prerogative anymore. It is subject to directives and targets set by venture planning from the owner. This is why policies were changed, to influence being more attractive, this is why it has not received any further resource allocation from CCP prior to geting sold, and it will take a long time for it to become an actual topic once again for the company. Which is PA. Not CCP.
This is not about CCP or PA.
It is about the bot problem.

You want bots handled. We all do. Who is the party who sets policies and decides on measures? The studio decides on the measures. The policies are determined by venture targets.
You may not like it. I certainly do not like it. But this subject is effectively on hold, because CCP has been sold. They now only determine measures. No longer policy, no longer targets.
That sucks monkeyballs. This is not off-topic. The problem is that the dynamic in which we are having and exploring the topic has changed fundamentally. Honestly, did you never wonder why CCP this year massively decreased the sanction timers on botters? All part of the roadmap.
