I think it will be good.
Maybe.
Theyāve been working on it for some time it seems
Based on what?
The ālittle thingsā thread was relaunched earlier this year and heavily promoted.
āLittle thingsā are not a major expansion or even significant update. I guess weāll find out this summer, but itās never historically been more than, well⦠a collection of little things.
Timeline
March 4th: Bakster opines in a forum post on Eveonline.com he speaks for the majority and urges CCP to find and fix little things
March 14th CCP relaunches the little things thread
June 7th: CCP Okami mentions a coming patch that focuses on little things
June 24th: Slated release date for said patch
If it turns out they found and fixed the right little things i wouldnt be surprised if Peak Concurent Players breaks 40k not long after.
āBakster speaks for the majorityā says Bakster.
What an arrogance.
Inb4 he retorts: but you have no evidence I don't speak for the majority
.
CCP worked on ālittle thingsā last summer, too. Nothing to report here.
I think his a funny dude.
I like your attitude! More players should have a sense of humor. Itās just a gameā¦
Not if that ālevel of discernmentā is itself a delusion.
Ahā¦that must be the patch to fix the previous ālittle thingsā patch that messed up the ship fittings window remembering what ship you were on.
Fix the market to retain players. Address the issues instead of manipulating material costs and mineral availability.
⦠says the person who proposes to kill the player-ran aspect of the market by putting up static NPC sell orders for all items to āprevent spikesā and proposes to remove the tax that stopped a majority of market bots.
One almost couldnāt suggest better changes to kill the EVE market if they tried.
static NPC sell orders for all items to āprevent spikesā
This is inevitable if the market isnāt fixed
A player run market does not work when buy and sell liquidity is disincentivized
