How to setup a Probe Scanner filter?

On the Probe Scanner screen I’m trying to create a new scan filter just to show the items I want the probes to show (ships, structures, other probes etc).

I selected a bunch of items, saved the filter, then tested it in a 1.0 system. But it only shows anomalies. No ships, stations, structures etc that I know are there.

Any guidance is appreciated!

In order for those things to show up, you need to be using the combat scanner probes and the expanded probe launcher.
