So an interesting topic came up while mining with a group of miners & myself today.

what would happen if a miner is moon mining at a HS moon (uninvited) & the station owns take control of the station, and the pilot controlling the station engages the miner, would Concord show up & reinforce the station and or shutting it down? I know that if the controlling pilot exits the station in their pod, Concord won’t attack pods, so what would be the consequences of the controlling pilot using the station for HS combat? Is the station essentially his “Ship” that Concord could destroy?

If the target is not in a war declaration, the structures cannot attack.

Besides, Athanors have pretty bad DPS.
