yeah and ill build you a ship and launch it out a railgun and see how far you get
As far as the initial burst of energy will get me. Youâre almost there. You canât quite see the entire picture yet, but youâre getting thereâŚ
quakegod
you understand that in space you can only generate as much thrust as your fuel supply will physically allow
once the fuel is gone you can go no faster
with an engine that can continuously generate thrust you can cover far greater distances
because it continues to generate thrust without the need for fuel
this is basic stuff but i will try my best to explain it to you if you struggle to understand
And itâs generating this thrust from what source? Magic?
yes quakegod
its generating thrust by magic
now youre getting it
Maybe you can get it peer reviewed by Harry PotterâŚ
or dumbledore
Life that creates its own obstacles in a series of trials to spur improvement says too much in favor of intelligent design. As for man having created himself by the very will of the desire of life, is so arrogant I canât even speak on it. That he lives because he must, and the universe exists solely for the express purpose to house, feed, and nurture him. It is as fantastic as any religious belief, and as sound.
You might as well just start your own religious cult, as you will inevitably seek out this intelligence which was inclined to create such conditions to enable you to begin your âadvancementâ. No doubt some people will have questions as to what qualified as a trial of benefit against what, to many, might be defined as a series of uninterrupted senseless events of misfortune.
Definitely life is not necessary to occur in universe. If it would not occur, it would just not occur.
Looking at current state, this processes does occur in some circumstances. All you really have to know, there is noting more to it. Certainly there is no reason for it to occur other than the conditions in place.
Too much antropomorphism.
If life doesnât exist in the Universe then what is the need of the Universe?
Billions of collision happening every second. Super Nova exploding, black hole forming.
If life isnât present then what need is there is for the Universe to exist?
Rocks floating around in space?
Everything in the Universe has a symbiotic relationship that wouldnât exist without the other.
Plants need water and sun light to grow.
What need is there for a billion rocky planets orbiting 300 million stars?
Its not symbolic, these are real reactions, real relations. Life among them. It is like it is.
Causes? Mindlessnes. Its like Azathoth.
What need is there for life?
Paraphrasing from Paramahansa Yoganandaâs book Autobiography of a Yogi:
-There is a (non-anthropomorphic) identity/set of rules/pattern/consciousnes, whom the Hindus call Brahma. There is no simple definition of Brahma. Merely defining Brahma is a lifetimeâs work-- and the point of all yogic work and all philosophy. In English, Yogananda had to compromize with the saying âThe Creatorâ (with a pretty long warning about the anthropomorphizing involved).
-This universe can be crudely compared to the gondola of a hot air balloon. The gondola is a tiny part of the whole unified system, but itâs an integrated part of it.
-This universe has a distinct set of physics rules. The existence and interplay of matter, energy, gravity, organic death, two sexes required for organic reproduction (even in plants), evolution of species, etc.
-Those rules allow for organic life to develop. I.e., life in a material body, in a four-dimensional world.
-The rules also allowed for the eventual development of consciousness, and very conscious humans. (Yoganda doesnât take it beyond that. Heâs writing for the benefit of humans beings, and itâs 1969 or something, and if weâve managed to carry the reader along this far, well and good enough).
-Again, regrettably simplisticly and anthromorphic-like said, but as an explainer/teacher, the writer Yogananda said: âThe Creator (Brahma) set up this universe, with its sets of physics rules, to let any kind of undetermined chain of events go into motion. Because that is fertile ground for developing consciousness. The hard, organic way.â
-Why? No knowing any âwhy.â Maybe because people have the capacity to understand, or not?
