Hello all, been out of the game forever, in fact turned this account over to my son and he had a blast with it. I come back into the game and there is billions of ISK and so many exotic ships that I have never seen in my hangar now that I am a bit over whelmed.
So I found my old Hyperion that I refit to the best of my knowledge, and as I was doing so I was stealing modules from some of these these nutty ships I now own, Like the Tholos and the Cenotaph, just to name two, there are a lot more here…crazy guy!! These ships
made me fall out of my chair when I did a market search on them…The kid was way better at this game then me and HOLY the game has changed.
So anyway, the point to this pre amble is this, The Hyperion is so basic and so powerful and so versatile that even a returning out of the loop player like me can set it up and do pretty ok in it,
So I was wondering how come CCP has never made a faction version or T2 version of the Hyperion? Maybe the veterans around here could answer this.
Anyways to answerer your question that is inevitably coming, No I don’t plan on using these crazy new ships in my hangar, at least not for a long time, they are simply eye candy until I can go out comfortably and know what the heck I’m going with them, as the old adage we use to moniker back in the “Hard Core Days” of Eve. “Don’t whine, don’t cry, get used to death as it happens lots and most of all, don’t be stupid and fly what you can afford to lose.”
Ok great to be back and Still wading through the “New” Eve.
