This is my main account，with 100m skill. But I cant log in it. It’s rather terrible.
Yeah its something of a problem for Steam Accounts.
Before 2024 we could link to SISI without a problem.
but it reads in the system for Steam Users as “already” logged in. And verification systems are in a loop.
Asking for email/password. And the Help Desk system is actually out of date, because it only applies to direct steam systems interacting with tranquility.
SISI is weird because it will get stuck in a verification loop saying your are logged in. It used to show a play button first then ask for authentication, you would have to go thorugh a bit of rigamaroll to get it. Depending on browsers it will not spawn the necessary “open browser” linkage. It should be a simple Add Account and verify your steam accounts. Instead of jumping through hoops and getting locked out.
the current verification system assumes you are a non-Steam player. And puts a few unnecessary headaches for Steam and Epic Store EVE Online players.
It seems that recently they view steam accounts as missing, even if we have previously been logged in and verified to all other systems including stream redeem codes. (Which is clunky as heck…while other twitch redeems immediately drop into our accounts without a problem)
I don’t what exactly is going on…but its a funny problem from time to time.
