I have a problem with the silver pack

I canceled the transaction for it because I didn’t have my billing information on hand some reason that great it out and said I purchased it already so now I can’t buy it at all
I selected to pay with PayPal and canceled it and some reason it broke cuz I wanted to choose to use my debit card instead which isn’t tied to PayPal

I’m mentioning this here just in case somebody else might run into the same issue if you choose to cancel paying with PayPal to use another method it might break like it did for me when it comes to buying the packs

Maybe skip the pack and buy some punctuation marks. :slight_smile:

For real though, file a support ticket. It shouldn’t matter if they don’t get to your ticket before the sale ends. As long as you get your ticket in before hand, they should honor the sale price.
