indeed making them permanent would actually reduce their price.
I think everyone realizes the problem with resource wars is the reward, period.
However faction ammo is not the answer since that is exactly what faction warfare usually converts out their LP into.
I do 100% agree a better item than clothing is needed, just not that item.

I recently looked at the top reward on the Caldari Stockpile side. I was curious how bad the rewards are.
30000LP + 174M isk (iirc) , will get you some kind of bundle with a Raven, and some items.
I checked the market for Ravens. It was at about 122M. So youād be paying 174M + 30k LP to get 122M back.
The bundle had other itemsā¦ factional items maybe? Nope. Flat T1s. Thereās an uninspired skin (iirc) and some clothing, of which thereās no demand for.
So yeah. A bit lacking.

Also the SKIN is temporary only until your ship gets popped if I recall correctly.
