So yeah, I came back after 5 years, went to do a mission and killed one structure.

Then something like this happened

Thanks CCP, explosions went from pop to KOMODO 3000-range. Now I either need to use sunglasses at night or risk getting blind or summat.

The explosions are DIY Lasik- it’s not a bug, it’s a FEATURE!

Yeah the structure explosions are rather bright compared to the ship explosions. As they should be.

Having camera zoom at 50% to show the whole blast radius on-screen actually helps handle the extreme lighting changes. And allows you to see the entire graphics effect of the explosion.
