I checked my system today right after downtime, it also downloaded the 195 files, about 2 gigs of it today.
Normally I wouldn’t notice as I do leave several of my game launchers open overnight so they can update. If people have to wait through this every day when the start the launcher, I can see how that would get quite annoying. Especially with any slower ISPs.
Maybe you could buy a 4G router and use a 4G sim card on a network you get a good signal on? I live in a city and get around 70 - 110 Mb/s roughly 7 - 10 MB a second using 4G internet.
If you are really getting 256kb/s that’s 2Mb/s, you can’t even decently watch YouTube with that, I doubt that is what you’re getting.
You not the only one, my download speed today for whatever its downloading is below 1Mib, and there is nothing wrong with my Internet connection right now, stable connection running at almost 1Gigabit.
Some people with 1gb/s cant eve notice it kekw
Thanks. Performed this bit of maintenance today and it turfed ~500 files. So far I’m still up ~35GB of space with the manual purge.
