sure, spend 1H a day to find a NS-HS WH, just to get camped in NS, I don’t see how this can be an issue.
If you want to go to NS, you’re waay better going through filament than using WH.
But in that case, you should instead do exploration, as this would bring more money to buy minerals than you would get by mining.
Then transfer that loan to an alt character, and then to another alt character that you made purely for that purpose of holding the isk.
Edit: maybe you don’t need to transfer twice, idk
