The concept of NPC is another example of Capsuleer Dementia Syndrome - an affliction that causes pilots to lose connection with reality due to prolonged exposure to sensory deprivation of capsule interface. They believe they are just “playing a game” and live in some sort of non-existing world of dreams on some sort of remote planet, called something like “Orf” - excuse me, I don’t remember the name of the planet. They also have quite limited fantasy, because this planet Orf has only one moon which is called Moon and orbits a sun called just… yes, you get it right: Sun. In other words, they are totally moon moon people.
They don’t accept the fact that every ship has alive people inside and whenever a ship explodes, majority of people die as well (well, miracles of 100% survival migh happen, but, you know…)
Speaking about CODE, they are one of the worst kind of demented pilots, because they destroy both their ships and their prey, they don’t care about lives of people that serve on their own ships.
Their dementia becomes obvious when you hear their slogans, like “CODE always win”, but if you look up their engagements, you will see, that whenever CODE engages other vessel in high security space, would they succeed in destroying it or no - they always lose their own ships, sometimes even multiple ships. Their loss is guaranteed, while loss of their victim is not. In other words, CODE always loses.
They are trying to enforce their own law, demanding people to follow it - and yet they don’t have any sort of mechanism to enforce it rather than blatant terrorism. Moreover, the organization itself is a quite pathetic pirate entity, dwelling on primitive racketeering, trying to mask it under attempt of “making high sec better place to live.”
But in Caldari Space high security space there is only one law: LAW OF CALDARI STATE. Follow it, or be destroyed.
Attack an innocent industrial AND BE DESTROYED.
Attack a hauler AND BE DESTROYED.
Attack a miner AND BE DESTROYED.
We have no tolerance to demented pirates like CODE fanatics, they are open to be fired on in High security space by any pilots and be destroyed as OUTLAWS in Caldari State, just like any other criminal.

I can see Assistant Subcommander Kim continues to believe in the long disbanded Caldari ‘state’. It does amuse me.
They were enemies of the State and were hunted down in Federation space.
Doing so, unlike demented CODE pilots, I didn’t lose my ships, even when I was fired at by Gallente baseline ships that warped on me.

Anti-ganking is the derivative of ganking, so if anti-gankers are now ganking, that means they took the integral of anti-ganking. This means that as a ganker, you need to take the integral of ganking, which would be producing ships.
