@Viirilithizu_Ward You should rejoin discord. Message me in game for an invite.
It’s what Tweeps do! It’s like the Russian fable about the frog and the scorpion;
“A scorpion asks a frog to carry him over a river. The frog is afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, both would sink and the scorpion would drown. The frog then agrees, but midway across the river the scorpion does indeed sting the frog, dooming them both. When asked why, the scorpion points out that this is its nature.”
Hhahha - stupid frog.
Sounds like the perfect tale to justify any random prejudice.
Like the miners who can’t help but go AFK because they are bot-aspirants to the core.
I like it.
Named Jetcans laid out in a grid.
To move pieces, you rename the cans.
Yeah good analogy. I agree.
I see you trying to reply there Viir. Why don’t you just come back to discord and we can have a nice chat?
You guys have nothing to offer or interest me now. I wanted to learn all of what you 3 do with the bumping, metagaming, scamming, but I already have learned about all I think I can. Even before I openly starting opposing Tweeps or whatever, I had already gotten sick of hanging out with you three and was on way less. It was that day Kalorned asked me to bump an orca for an hour while waiting for Globby to get there. I just found it annoying and had been noticing lately that Kalorned had more frequently been making requests of me, and the tone reminded me of that of a boss, so I just bailed and stopped being on discord as much or at all.
Seriously - as soon as hanging with you guys started feeling like a job or responsibility, and Kalorned with all his smiling on the mic
@Donatien_Alphonse_Francois - you are actually my favorite of the three, but that story about the scorpion and frog has special meaning to relating to you. You know why.
I honestly haven’t the faintest idea how that story could possibly relate to me.
I hop on my Kalorned and we sail ‘cross the river,
My stinger stays up, and the swimmin’ gets a quicker,
I don’t sting Kalorned 'cause Kalorned is my friend,
I guess I spoke to soon, I’ve stung Kalorned in the head
To sum it all up, it was Kalorned’s smirking that ruined it all.
Well, you would get paid for a job - technically, you were a volunteer.
unpaid intern. don’t you remember all my mails lol
@Donatien_Alphonse_Francois i sent you an evemail about it just now
I do not remember all of the particulars, but I do know that ending your comments with ‘lol’ means you’re definitely not salty.
One other thing.
‘Gaslighting’ doesn’t exist. You made it up because you’ve gone completely off the rails and lost all connection with reality.
Seems to me someone expected others to be their entertainment, left in a huff when they werent bffs for life.
Dont be a Space Billy.
Nobody has a complete connection with reality.
You know… Looking back and for a long time now, I’ve ceased to understand this whole troll and salty thing. I surely was salty. So what? We’re all salty. Why do you think Aiko hated HIPOL so much? He was still salty about me calling him a professional plus one and such. I got on him originally, because I was salty and Lewak was salty with his fleet attitude.
You remember showing me the old eve trailer that got you into eve, @TheInternet_TweepsOnline_TheInternet ? It shows a new player that gets killed by some dudes and then he gets so salty he plays eve and infiltrates them for revenge… Because salty.
I really didn’t care about HIPOL itself as much as you think. The only reason I made the police vanity corp was to go with the New Order theme. If you look at my employment history, you’ll see that I love making and closing my own corps. Tons of them on all alts.
Anyway, I’m not salty anymore. And even though this all did start as salt, along the way and by accident, I did realize how juvenile and toxic all this accusing people of salt, trying to make fun, etc. It’s all dumb. It’s very frat-boy or even just schoolyard bully.
Wait, you cut ties with the New Order because of Tweeps and Kalorned? Do you actually know the history of those guys with CODE. and who they are?
A already knew about them. They and Aiko were more like the last straw. CODE. is nothing special. If I ever wanted to claim to be New Order, all I’d have to do is put it on my bio. It would also be very easy to put another or several corps and alts in CODE., since JAmes accepts pretty much anyone. When I was in CODE., I was CODE. Together with Lewak, to whom much of the credit goes, when we were there, we accomplished with fleets, recruiting, etc more than had been done in a very long time and mroe than will ever happen again. Shadow made some innovations and contributions as well, of course. Other than what we were building, CODE. is just a loose knit collection of multiboxers and a blog.
People attended fleets and joined CODE., contributed, etc, helped scout, but it was Lewak’s drive and both of our daily hard work that made it all possible. When I look back on my time with CODE., I really have no desire to go back to it, and I really truly am done with the roleplay / blog / troll / salt extraction behavior. Like I said originally - I was wrong. I see it now, but rationalized it before.
So, yes, maybe I’m an inconsistent and selfish person. In fact, you don’t have to guess. I’ll tell you right here I am both., but I am also generally an honest and outspoken person, so when I do feel something is wrong, I’ll point it out. Why not? I’m not embarrassed about being wrong before. All of us humans essentially just stumble through existence anyway. In the universal sense, we are all very wrong about many things and not smart, so what’s the shame in learning something and growing?
