I WAS A CODE. SPACE BULLY

I said “might”, Karak. I’m not dumb enough to completely change my diet without doing my own research on the topic to see if it’s a good idea. I also don’t see how that makes her a carebear.

Thanks for your concern, though. I appreciate it.

Provide proof, i’ll wait.

You are way off-topic with that stuff. Create your own thread in out of pod experience if you are so eager to discuss it and I will happily add my thoughts to it.

Keep in mind that sentence cuts both ways.

What?

Welp, nothing I can do about that. Wasn’t there a bingo list somewhere of disorders that people will bring up in chat when you guys attack them? If it happens that often then I understand why you think I’m lying.

Edit: Ah, what the hell. If there is one, put me down for high-functioning ASD, ADD/ADHD, and clinical depression.

If you don’t feel comfortable using stations (which are perfectly safe too), its your fault for being out in an area your alliance doesnt have a citadel network in so you can travel without even having to even think since citadels are so braindead

The risk is making a mistake, not anything else. You make a cyno in a correct spot so you are in dock range and dont get bumped when you land. And then you jump when you undock, just because you find it difficult doesnt make is so for the 1000 other people who manage to use jfs properly (at least between both ends)

Why even get in a JF if you dont understand how to travel with one outside a cita network? lmao

I fixed my depression when I was 6 years old with a dietary change too. I’ve been doing my all meat diet ever since, has worked wonders. I’m chiseled like a greek god and feel better than ever

Eve obviously isnt for you. If you dont like interacting with other players after they turbo dunk you, dont play multiplayer games

Read what I wrote…

You can call it w/e you like, but following people around nonstop for years like they have over losing a spaceship in a video game is not normal behavior from a mentally stable person

I do throw it around a lot, sometimes just as a different word for obsession, but they are legitimately extremely autistic in the clinical way.

I 100% agree we will always have people that hate our guts, we sit there getting huge kills one after the other while talking trash to the people we dunk and the people around us.

But, what they’ve been doing is so far outside normal for any average person. If I get angry at someone in eve, I might mess with them for a while. Maybe a couple hours here and there for a few weeks. But when it becomes months, I’m not still sitting there being mad, I’ve long moved on. And I’m certainly not spending 40+ hours a week for years trying to get back at them.

That’s your fault for being in a corp at war tho. For the average player in an npc corp or undeccable corp, the worst thing that could happen to them is they lose an antitanked indy to a vexor/nado ganker. Freighter ganks are so uncommon now that the chance of losing a freighter on any trip is lower than 0.1%.

In the past indies/freighters dropped like flies. Highsec is much safer then 4-5 years ago, stuff dying is down like 90%

He thinks mistakes like sending a small child into a den of lions shouldn’t be punished.

It’s not like there isn’t other solutions, but if the player has no idea and isn’t prepared for what might be thrown at them, it might be the only worthwhile one to avoid losing their stuff.

Dracvlad thinks a single player that has triple expanded his freigher, put 40bil in it, is not scouting and is walking into a known extremely hostile area coming up against 40 accounts should have a 50% chance of survival, its nuts.

I honestly can’t tell if you’re joking. Or if the latter claim is one where I should respond with “pics or it didn’t happen”.

Well, if that’s all that prompted this behavior, then yeah. That’s not normal at all.

Okay, when you describe it that way then it sounds like the creepy obsession stalkers have with the person they’re fixated on. That ain’t healthy behavior.

It occurs to me that since freighters IRL are tough only by virtue of being huge, the ones in EvE should be similar since they’re designed to be massive flying cargo containers and nothing else. They’re also capital scale haulers, and capitals are not supposed to travel alone.

Maybe CCP should reduce freighter EHP and give them a bonus to the amount of shield/armor/hull healed by logistics vessels instead, to nudge players toward the idea that they should give it some escorts.

I’m not sure if I’m sold on the idea that all player corporations should be war-eligible, but I do think that being in an NPC corporation that can’t be wardecced should come with restrictions on what you’re able to do. Sure, you’re safer, but that comes with tradeoffs. It could even be justified in the lore as those corporations not wanting someone who works for them giving the corp a bad name.

That sounds fair enough to me.

lmao

They should simply not get into the situation where it’s being shot at. thats really it. You wouldn’t drive a truck load of gold through a drug cartels territory and expect theyre going to wave you past would you?

The simple fact is if they boost logi, we just need to bring more dps to the fray. It will always be like that unless you want the rep ship to dps ship ratio to be so unfairly skewed towards logi that we reasonably can’t possibly bring enough dps to kill anything.

If we bring 40 dps in expensive Talos, why should 3-4 logi be able to outrep that sort of monstrous dps output.

That’s how they used to be

Now how it currently works, a corp can’t be wardecced unless they own a structure. Which while making the game safer, ccp should have done years ago. It alone threw away tens of thousands of players since they couldnt belong in a community without being wardecced

I expect if someone needs to deliver supplies through territory where their enemies have a presence they send escorts with it like convoys have IRL. Doing so would also lead to more fights in hisec, wouldn’t it? That sounds like a good thing.

That’s fair. In all honesty, I’d expect a freighter to have combat, logistics, and EWAR ships escorting it if it was traveling through space where enemy corps had a presence.

all goes hand in hand, caused by the same things really.

t. autist

Do you mind explaining, I’m finding it hard to understand what you mean by this?

Youd think so, but 95% just fly through hotspots with no escort of any kind and blame the game instead when misfortune arrives

Eve, a multiplayer game, on the internet, has other players. Many of whom think it’s funny to troll because it’s hilarious. Eve just by the nature of the game breeds toxic players, if you don’t like that and your feels can’t handle it, either change diets to one not based on soy or maybe do something else lmao

Now kids, that’s enough. Don’t make me send you all to your rooms.

Seriously though, can you guys just talk to one another like adults instead of degenerating into name-calling? My conversation with AE has done plenty to convince me that hisec needs more danger in it, so maybe you can find common ground if you actually try.

Yeah, that’s just being unreasonable.

My understanding of her earlier post is that she was expressing disapproval of people who cross the line separating trash talk from genuinely reprehensible behavior and that players who understand where that line is should try to keep the assholes from ruining everyone else’s fun. As the meme goes:

Also, I don’t recall any mention of soy in her food recommendations.

YOU’RE NOT HELPING

Yes I was just saying that its not good practice to gank noobs repeatedly as it only drives people away from the game. Not only that but CCP will just continue to nerf my play style because of some cack noob that thinks its funny to pop empty freighters. Oh so hilarious  No what is hilarious is ganking some crap alliances cap fleet while having half the amount of ships they dropped on you in the fight.

I’ve just been watching some old videos from times gone, we did most of our stuff in lowsec/null we had a good time. What I find disturbing is that CODE still exists, its seems to me that what they are doing has zero risk. How someone has not challenged them and destroyed them is beyond me, perhaps they are like the bots and drop crap loot and not worth the effort. That would mean they have virtually no risk for their ganks, that is a broken mechanic imo.

I’m not dissing their style they have every right to gank as they please, but such a low effort for huge potential gain is a broken game design imo. Last I knew of them is they are -10 and fly high alpha ships to gank their targets, they lose virtually nothing so of course they will gank empty freighters or anything else they can get their hands on.

So in conclusion, everything they are against they are guilty of themselves, they have it piss easy and are playing eve on easy mode. Is it time for a new CODE of practice to be enforced? I mean by their own logic they should pod them selves for exploiting eve’s soft approach…

I really don’t like CODE cannot you tell
