I would like to say hello and thank you to developers

As i said before im not ganker. Nor pirate. Nor miner. Little exp in scanning. Also alot of activites in the game passed me by. does it mean that I didn’t play it, or that I played it because I like it and not as you expect?

I am now 99% convinced somehow, during your 14+ years of playing, you missed the fact that the quickest way to make ISK in Eve Online has never ever been to grind ISK/hr but has always been to get nice fat loot drops taking it from others in some sort of combat, and somehow you’re only just now realizing this and it bothers you.

That’s actually quite impressive. Better very late than never. You’re in the wrong game, unfortunately.

Dude, this is just ridiculous.

I wrote exactly about this - piracy in Eve is the most profitable occupation. And not just once. Now you write to me that they say “how did you play for 14+ years and only now found out about it”

problems with reading or reading comprehension?

By the way, there is no need to write that they say pirates “get loot in battle.” There is no battle there, gutting another hauler with a fleet of ten snouts, it seems to me that I should not call it a battle.

Dude, chill, look in the mirror, take a deep breath.

Then keep looking in the mirror. You’re the one who has played after 14 years, and only just now started complaining in a forum thread about how pirates “make ISK easy” and are whining that it isn’t you/your playstyle. And when this is pointed out to you – “hey, maybe you should have complained about it 14 years ago since you’re whipping out the ‘im 10 years old player’ card” – your response is “you have problems reading”.

No, you’re just like 99% of the other forum whiners that breeze by here: all fragile ego, wanting to play semantic games (no one is talking about a “battle” and no one has used the word  – and no one cares what you and your ego “deems” to be The Proper Battle – only you).

If you can read – and, most importantly, understand WHAT you’re reading – then you’ll notice that I wrote this post after I encountered the new mechanics.

This does not mean, as you write here, that for 14 years I DID NOT KNOW that piracy is the most profitable occupation in the game. You invented it yourself - my ignorance - and you are trying to attribute it to me. Should not be doing that.

As for your claims to words, I leave Google to do the translation work for me, and how it copes with this is up to you to judge. Battle, fighting, carnage – whatever. Pirates are not about PVP. They are too coward and lazy for this – so they prefer just hung on gate hour by hour and “fight” 10vs1. Thats all about their so-called “PVP”

See, you say “I already knew”. However you – yes you – from yesterday with your OP really does NOT sound like the sane, cool, composed words of a guy who knew that for 14 years. Instead it sounds like the upset ramblings of someone who just had an expensive lossmail and is only just then beginning to realize this truth and is very upset about it.

Because this is what I indeed read, your own words from your OP:

Your trusty self-defense weapon on the forum is to keep claiming I don’t read and I don’t attribute correctly what is going on inside your head. Well, as I said earlier, please step back and take deep breaths. I am reading your words as they are, and if every single other person on the forum is having trouble understanding you, then please strongly consider that the problem isn’t that everyone else is reading your words wrong and maliciously maligning you, it is that your communication and word choice is poor and not conveying the ideas in your head effectively. You can keep trying to pin that on me but it’s easy to shrug off.

Bonus citations:

^ That is you, yesterday, literally asking why piracy is the most profitable in the game. You wouldn’t have said this if you had known and accepted this for 1 year, let alone 14.

Its your opinion. Anyone have a right to have opinion, its ok.

and all the other many, many words in your next post - what are they talking about? you want to prove that I only recently learned that piracy is very profitable and earlier, 14 years old, did not know this? Or what?

Why is it all?

Let me remind you what my main post is about - it is about the fact that the developers are consistently adding mechanics that work on the side of the pirates, making their profitable business even more profitable. The introduction of a gate blocking module, which, in addition, unlike many other special mechanics, such as warpbubbles, bombs, also works in lowsec, greatly changes the balance of the game and I think this is the wrong decision. Do you have a different opinion? OK. But why all your long reasoning, did I know or did not know about the profitability of piracy, what did I do for 14 years in the game, and so on?

Are you lonely and have no one else to talk to?

This is the kind of toxic carebear garbage that does not belong in the community. Get a grip.

You don’t get off that easy. You were incredibly condescending to a person in this community based on their years spent playing the game:

If you can’t take similar questions from me, then don’t dish it out in the first place. This is why I wanted to return and point out just how toxic your behaviors are here.

You’re right: who cares if it is 14 years? So why did you bring up game time age in the first place? I’m willing to drop this if you are. But please do not repeat that behavior.

This is completely laughable and simply shows you have not been paying attention while playing the game. All the answers to How has piracy been nerfed over the years? are right there in a forum search. Plus, the lancer module isn’t even a module purposefully built for pirates, it’s just a new feature for capitals in general in low, null, and wormholes. Many of those nerfs specifically target piracy.

There’s your list of factual changes that disproves your opinion. We can now close the thread.

YOU now can done this tread as you said before but please dnt tell me what i should do.

 “Don’t tell me what to do” and “you’re now done with this thread” in the same breath.

And that’s all you got as a topical, substantive reply on the actual matter under discussion…

Let’s stay on topic…the OP that I replied to is complaining about the addition of Lancer dreads. Lancer Dreadnought | Group | zKillboard Which at the time where only in Tama. Even with the addition of the 2 JFs in Ahbazon, people can find ways around systems that are chock holds…especially as a JF!

its just you words – “i done”. So please do it.

It is more than interesting. I find it pathetic that a player like me, not in the game for a week, has to point out things you should already know and accept.

It is no trouble to understand that you prefer to whine than come up with ways to circumvent the mechanics that you say tie both your hands and feet.
One would think that after 10 years in the game you would have learned that complaining doesn’t avail you none.

It is too obvious that you disagree with the devs decisions. But I have a scoop for you:
The game is about how to play in spite of the mechanics.
There is always a way but no one will take your hand in EVE and play for you. YOU have to figure it out.
Or quit.

No

i have a opinion about those new modules. I have outlined it above.

oh dear…

I am offered to leave the game because I consider another change in the mechanics to be wrong, I am dissatisfied with it and I consider these innovations an unfair advantage for a small part of the players who are already not deprived of advantages.

how categorical, how fresh.

That’s right.
Tinkle or get off the potty.

the categorical and immediacy of the neophyte

Better a neophyte than someone who complains endlessly.

it’s better to complain endlessly and keep playing than to run in with stories about how to play a new game and then disappear from it like so many before you
