  1. Why are you hanging out in rookie systems?
  2. Did you at least teach him “Sol Maneuver” of always fighting from inside the docking radius of a station?

Mr Epeen :sunglasses:

I was literally looking for carebears hiding in rookie systems.

Inventing things about others is neither funny, nor insulting.
That just makes you look like an US-American.
It also makes you look like you’re holding a grudge.

You should know better than that.

More?
You already got plenty in the last years.
Burner missions, Drifters, Lancers, FOBs, Triglavians.

You not liking it doesn’t make it any less PvE.

Resist nerf rolled back.

A vicious anti-bot initiative, maybe in the form of cloaky camping triglavian roaming fleets rolling in from extra wormhole connections

Magic :parrot:

Me.Epeen,

Your smug superiority confuses me. Station games are very technical and, done well, are both funny and spectacular.

Ststion games is, of course, the art of taking kills off a superior fleet by manipulating docking timers.

If Sol is skilled at this game, that deserves only respect. It was once one of the most complex and sophisticated maneuver sets I taught.

I don’t think there’s a station in high-sec that’s been humped by a solo’able fleet In recent history, but that’s part of the care-bearing up if Eve over the years.

Surely you don’t have contempt for the esteemed practitioners of this lost art?

Mo

It took a chain of petitions to drive me out of Akiainavas.

The game was already getting indignant at the idea of crime in 2012.

Last petition was a scam… but how can a guy with my history really cry about getting scammed?

I was humping some Scorpion’s leg in my merlin. He was acting interested, then he docked up and came back out to engage me (or flip my can, can’t remember) in a kestrel.

When I got the killmail and saw it wasn’t fit, I figured it was a petition trap.

There is no avoiding them in those systems. The people who think Eve shouldn’t have criminal players would rather petition you than fight you.

I have no idea what a petition trap is or why it would bother you.

Fascists tend not to defend themselves when attacked, because they’re taught not to, unless they’re in numbers.
Generally it’s what they have the state for. it protects them.

I’m not sure I see a link between scamming me for a petition and fascism.

The point is that “noob” has never been defined. There is no age at which you are officially not a noob.

Anyone could undock an unfit or civilian ship in a training or noob system, get the killmail, and then claim you’re harvesting noobs like a combine in a wheat field.

It doesn’t have to be true and the GMs don’t know or care.

In my case, the guy clearly wasn’t a noob.

But I was still threatened with a ban by a GM if I did it again.

It’s not like you get to appeal these things. So I moved and did what everyone else did… started fading away in Eve’s new glorious state of law and order.

A game that gives you the feeling of being unique no matter what

Professional & transparent game moderation.

and it’s so much more honorable to pick on an unarmed target, and brag about your 'leet PVP skills

An “expert expert” Sound Setting panel where i can switch off that stupid noise the map or PI view makes!

All cloaking devices put on a 60 second timer (or more, 5 min? 10 min?), similar to Bastion Module, but at the end of the cycle there is a % chance (15% down to 11% 7% 3% 1% based on skill level I-V) the cloak breaks and the module deactivates therefore requiring SOME attention to cloaky camper accounts, and yes this is ONE (1) sentence because I have not yet placed a period, only commas and some meta parentheses to further explain the minor points that are clearly so well thought out after 11 years in the game.
