Sell them on the market or keep them. Assuming you are talking about dog tags, these are exchanged in LP stores in combination with ISK, LP, and modules to get items from the LP stores.

Tags are use for a few things:

• (Amarr, Caldari, Gallente and Minmatar Insignias) Used in LP stores (FW mostly) to get Faction modules and Ships .
• Some can be traded in to increase your Security status from -10 up to -2.0.
• Few pirate tags are used to gain access to Bonus rooms that may be available in some missions. (Required to activate Acceleration Gate, but not consumed)

Yeah those Tags, ISK, a certain amount of Loyalty Points and sometimes a Tech 1 item is used to purchase items from Caldari Loyalty Points Store, accessed through Station Services in Caldari Corporation stations.

For LP stores I like fuzzworks, it calculates values for you, and every time I run my own calculations to double check they come really damn close https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/lpstore/

just be careful and check the buy and sell prices as well as the volume. there’s a few items that look good but will take a long time to sell.
