Is it just me or did they turn off Intelligence Caches about an hour before DT? That’s some shady antics. Those things went from being everywhere and constantly spawning to suddenly nothing.

frankly this games more akin to some kind of money laundering scheme and a fraud.
Higly unlikely. Why should they intentionally program that into the game for absolutely no benefit, since these would be gone after the DT patch anyway?
