I have it all figured out. Until recently the Frostpacker was handing out ISK to Aiko on a daily basis in 1 bil chunks. Also claimed he is a trillionaire. Yet that stopped. It appears as the CSM elections came he became more conservative with his ISK donations to Aiko than Scrooge McDuck spending money from his vault. A coincidence? I think not.
