And Jita local has just got x1000% worse it was horrendous before but now its just a sesspit of crap and scams, my god is this the impression we want to give new players.

Small suggestion: Make the HyperNet link pink. It makes it stand out of all the other links and you cannot mistake it for a contract or a linked entity/name/system/etc…
I would say worse the somer blink tbh over priced items higher tax rates. No focus in the raffles or limits say 10 of one item only at any given time so raffles spread about so much no doubt some will time out.
Also people doing the contract scams as they know what station you get the items and who wins them.
They really should left this for unique items just a complete mess.

Question for CCP: if the time runs out for a Hypernode sale, does the hypernode get refunded, the winer get selected from those who purchased a hypernode, or a random hypernode is still chosen allowing for there to be no winner?
They already said that the nodes’ isk is refunded to ticket holders, the item goes back to the person that made the hypernet, and the cores are not refunded.
And while the same three guys are still here wringing their hands, the rest of EVE is loving hyperlink and playing it constantly.
Having spent just over an hour joyfully “blocking” over 750 “HyperNob” spammers in Jita chat I was able to see that the ‘Legitimate’ scammers are TOTALLY silent ! – the poor sods obviously can’t compete with this ■■■■ show CCP, in their infinite wisdom, have created.
Jita aside, and completely irrespective of people’s personal views of the ‘gambling’ concept of Hypernet - allowing Hypernet Offers to be linked in chat is, in my opinion, completely moronic.
I suppose though - it could inevitably become self defeating as many people I’ve spoken to are just “blocking” ALL Hypernet posts out of hand - hopefully killing the entire ludicrous system (and possible the “blocked character” table in CCP’s database.
Mind explaining why? How else are you supposed to advertise your raffle?
