Okay, for rare ships like an Etana you may find some people crazy enough to pay way more for a chance at such a ship than the chance is worth. Still, people who are trying to make a profit will ignore your raffle.
People trying to make a profit will be the ones raffling the items, not the gamblers.

Similar to what others have pointed, you all shut down I Want Isk, you shut down the betting site (which by the way used isk only) , and now you are launching this? Seriously?? oh and by the way, just as @Arrendis has pointed out, the worst of it all is that you are encouraging gambling and putting at risk current gamblers trying to quit gambling. Oh and while I am thinking, I dont recall hearing about this in Vegas or in London. How about explaining why none of this was mentioned at those 2 events? Nor do I recall reading about it on the CSM report…

The CSM summit session for it was held under NDA. I hope that it can be released soon.
IwI, Blink and the like, were hotbeds for RMT. ISK went in from many players, ISK went out. And no-one could say why it went out. Perfect RMT cover. I’m not saying every banker did it, but there were some.
It was teased at London. No details but the name.
I believe it’s been mentioned somewhere (I’ll look for clarification) that people can get blocked from using the feature voluntarily. Which isn’t great, but better than nothing.
If the Summit session minutes get released, that should show some of our thoughts on this.

They all are. Anything not expressly released in the Summit minutes is NDA, just like all of the weekly(?) conference calls and any other communication from CCP to the CSM.

@Steve_Ronuken Not good of an answer. Not good at all. And with all due respect, this is a situation where one says screw the NDA…But lets not get back into the NDA debate cause we had it for the BO debacle. If I were you and with all due respect, I would get on the horn with CCP and get all docs regarding this released yesterday. Because unless you have not read this thread fully, this is bound to turn into the 2nd debacle of the game. Forget BO, this right here is going to cause many real life issues due to gambling addiction and it is utterly unacceptable that the CSM has not gone on rebellion vs this.
