Nonni IIRC, in lonetrek. I went to other sites before and after, and was not atacked. Just one specific site (minor conduit ? emerging ?) , I was visiting and they aggroed me.

This time I’ve been doing anoms in Piekura. Then no more anoms, time to leave the system.
I warp to Uosus(…) gate. I see there are white trigs around. I hit full stop, and wait 2s…
I submit BR, jump back in …the fleet is gone and the werpost is not aggressing me.

Komi might have changed a bit, but she is still a pacifist. However, Triglavians forced some hard decisions…

High sec will be liberated and all werposts destroyed, system after system.
This tactic is no issue in triglavian victory systems.
But you may report players for using this, and ask GM if its exploit. I think if you bring this case to them, it will have to be adressed. Also you could ask for ship reimbursement, if one was lost, while you are at it.
