If my rorq is attached to a crab beacon can i still use the invulnerability core if i get tackled ?
You need to have an asteroid locked to use PANIC.
You should ask your alliance -which will save you once the PANIC timer runs out- such questions. They’ll know best how you can do the CRAB beacons in a Rorqual and where to do them so you can be saved.
If you don’t have such an alliance, why are you asking?

Yes and you can crab at asteroids belts was the plan if I could.
Eh asked corp leader who said he didn’t know and I’m in frat and google translate is annoying to use.
Does anyone in the corp know who will come to save you when your Rorq is caught and in PANIC? 5 minutes isn’t a lot to google translate your way through instructions and a call for help.

In that case just crab, screw the PANIC and put an X in the right chat anytime someone enters the local.
