Is Hisec ganking good for the game?

Indeed and loss can be a vital learning process - but what I’ve been talking about isn’t protecting people from ganking but looking at where ganking is a one way street. If I screw up and get ganked IMO that shouldn’t mean I just give up and move on, unless that is what I want to do.

Similar to events with my alliance years back - a group war dec’d us to remove some structures we had in high sec while avoiding fighting us and kiting our timezone (as soon as any of us logged in they logged out) while talking smack about how we wouldn’t fight them… a herculean effort later by 1-2 people in the alliance we found they had a sizeable presence in a wormhole and burnt it to the ground - to be fair they did actually put up a fight in defence of their wormhole.
