Its just I realized the question was moot anyway due to CCP thinking it was such a good thing in Hisec, they introduced two groups of hisec ganking NPCs in the past while.

Yeah, but try to propose changing CONCORD so there can be comeback against them, because apparently comeback is what is important; and it’ll be nothing but tears.

Players who already have unbeatable comeback assistance from NPCs, still want more.

Since nullsec is ELITE PVP and Highsec ganking is for noobs, I think they should just convert Highsec to nullsec. Get rid of CONCORD, get rid of gate guns, and allow people to deploy bubbles and use cynos. Then miners can fight back, and all the lame gankers will have to quit the game. Right?
