So? The question was “is it fixed” and it is. If the question was “is something not to do with EVE preventing a lot of American people logging in” then the answer to that would be yes. Yes, there is an external issue that is not EVE-based preventing a lot of people from connecting.

can not log in at all, UK. “Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn’t running, or the server address or port number was wrong.”

Not sure if any help but I am having the same issue with client, however tethering my computer to my phone has allowed me to log in.
Feels like the DDOS protection is blocking some IP ranges which are used by legitimate customers (telco dynamic consumer IP blocks) . Not sure what can be done about this as these same IP ranges may also include compromised computers being used in the attack.
I’ve noticed my VPN works better from some locations than others… 
I had a problem on another MMO where all of Spectrum Internet could not access the servers. Out of curiosity are many of you with problems Spectrum customers?

UK, Virgin Media… connected fine. I think its just random and based on timing during the issues.
