Its possible but you definitely have to find out what works best for you.
I’m also married with 2 kids, and in my case I’ve tailored my activities to solo gameplay revolving around Exploration, Industry, & Faction Warfare. I can get satisfaction within 30min as long as I’m setup well for the activity I’m getting ready to pursue.
Null/WH activities are off limits due to the high demand of time/resources most Corps want from you.
