Salad for good stomach health;
1 or 2 Garlic clove, 1 x Onion, 1 x Bell Pepper, 1 x Cucumber, 3 or 4 x Tomato, chop up all veg.
1 tbl Spoon Sunflower oil
1 tbl Spoon Olive Oil
2 or 3 tbl Spoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tea Spoon honey
pinch mixed herbs
pinch Black Pepper
Mix well and leave in fridge, great sandwich filler good with cheese or meats, you will notice great tummy health.
Garlic is a Pre-biotic, so it feeds the good bacteria in your stomach. Pro-biotic foods like kefir or yogurt introduce the good bacteria into your stomach.
This gives a good idea as to how to eat a healthier diet. Which is better than what the USDA is currently pushing on its website.
I use to make coleslaw that was drenched in mayonnaise but now I don’t even use mayo and use just a dash of olive oil instead.
