On my alpha account, I’ve had a wallet issue ticket open since the 3rd. Just wondering if I should have opened it on my omega account instead.

That is an interesting point. I never thought of it that way, but all my accounts are Omega. I just recently contacted support about a non payment related issue, and they got back to me in 2 days.
I think CCP is reducing their support by a lot. I’ve got tickets open for well over a month from even before that one thing i can’t mention relating to the eula and tos.
Every ticket they do respond to is them telling me to come to the forums and to csm. As we know, however, isd’s here do not want anything from support tickets brought here. It’s a closed loop.
It’s not. It really depends only on their workload. Sometimes they will respond within minutes, sometimes within days.
Well my ticket for isk issue was just solved. Opened 4/3 solved 30ish minutes ago. Was worried I’d have to wait a month or so.
