Good morning after resently update from today 18/07/2019 i have some issues with all chats no matter if is in null , hs or low , nothing appear all the chats is empety…
Someone else have this same issues …

same here, can’t right click myself or any other player either.
Same here, as well as saving bookmarks really slow to open/save.
seems like this would be a instant server offline for maintenance issue

For me though, Only chat is Broken. I was at Urlen doing level 3 Missions, luckily i was still able to do the mision 
Having total blackout on one tune… with the Error to connect to chat server message.
On the main I have tunes in local, but corp and other chats are blank…
Getting tired of this crap.
comms down i just started playing 2 days ago and rookie help kept me going … now i keep restarting the game hoping to make it work again… can’t really even play the game without chat
