Sounds like nulsec needs an income nerf.
Having just joined nullsec, I can tell you that i instantly became a trillionaire. I killed 1 pirate while flying my pod around. just bumped him into the sun and the bounty payout was 27 trillion isk. I can afford 5,500 plex, 10 titans and 3,000 large skill injectors.
