As someone who has played the game on and off since 2004 and witnessed most of the changes in EVE I believe it is time for EVE Classic. In my opinion a full reset and a revert back to a time without capitals would do wonders for the game. Take the best bits of the game currently and go back to either pre-exodus or just after it. I believe that time in EVE was the best, however, I am sure others will have positive experiences from other expansions. But it is time for a full reset and would bring a lot of past players back to the game.
Do you play in Pochven? If not, I would recommend trying it out. Null sec without capitals, sounds just like what you are asking for.
