Just A Thought to make EVE more enjoyable for newbs

Considering the intellectual capability you’ve shown here, I’ll just go ahead and put you on my muted list to avoid all those notifications. You’re just like JC Mieyli, thinking yourself way smarter than you really are and seeing holes in arguments that only exist because of your limited intellectual ability and lack of understanding of the subject.

That’s fine then, my responses will just go unchallenged  will save me a lot of typing shooting down your subsequent rubbish

Will subsequently save me a lot of time I can spend on actually worthwhile discussions with intellectual people, instead of those that are perfect examples for Dunning Kruger.

This is a PvP game afterall, so if you don’t enjoy the “paranoia” that someone will stab you, then this is the wrong game for ya for sure. Or just stay in High Sec where the odds of being killed are trimmed down unless you use Auto Pilot.

Stop feeding the troll, it will go away once you pay little attention.

Don’t be daft that’s entirely not why people buy it (nor the reason I’m saying they buy it for), most buy it because they can get good ISK in return for it, an entirely selfish reason, that factor would not exist if PLEX didn’t have a use for the other person & the biggest use still is game time.

You completely miss the point of my post in relation to the OP. :frowning:

“Duh you’re stoopid” that’s really all you’ve got  just sad :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Stick to Caldari space perhaps? that has a much nicer sky than the rest

There is a similar system at play in another space MMO where after subbing once you get a “preferred” status after the sub expires. That status lifts some of the freemium limits.

At least? You know that would also include freighters, dreadnoughts, carriers, super carriers and finally titans. These are all considered T1 hulls.
I don’t think it would be good business for CCP to allow just all T1 for Alpha Accounts.

The point of my post is that no matter if i get access to all T1 in the game, i won’t sub anymore as long as i can get my fix in current F2P.

My bet is that there are a lot more out there that also think like that.

So the best CCP can hope for is that a reasonable percentage of people that start out with F2P will be enclined to go for the sub option.

And those that ARE interested would be so, regardless of access to all T1.

I think that would be SWOTOR. That ‘preferred’ thing seems very familiar.

I think it has to do with expanding your F2P with modules from the shop, such as bank storage space, character slots, etc…

You are right… I should have been more clear… I would suggest at least being able to fly a T1 battleship, being able to use heavy guns and heavy drones.

Other than that I think a few people here have gone way off topic.

Rightly so, they don’t pay any money into the pot.

I could AFK a lot of combat content if i could use anything T1. You’re opening the doors to free account botting.

Sure… but as I said before… I think it does not allow for someone to get really hooked at the current level of item usage.

Yeah it does, I’ve seen alpha clones soloing wormhole content. If you think they are too limited, it is likely either your motivation or the scope of your ambition that is limited.

Well… that’s your opinion… relax…

It’s not an opinion. While some Alphas harp on about being limited, others are out doing things anyway and having a blast. There’s always going to be a few who want more for free than they already get, but Alpha clones are designed to let you test the game before deciding if you want to use Omega skills or not. Adding more free tiers or more free stuff to the existing free tier will just increase permanent Alpha count, which is not the goal.

Please don’t use the “relax” line when i have been nothing but well spoken and civil. It undermines your points.

If that someone is experiencing this game for the first time, he/she will be somewhat overwhelmed with the steep learning curve of the first batch of tutorial missions.

If by that time someone isn’t sold yet chances are they never will.

I love what they did with the intro btw.
