It’s more fun when you are the attacker, so carry on learning. We also blopped very expensive ships (much more than yours), most times they are destroyed, but sometimes they are too hard to break or are just a bait and got powerful friends hiding around the corner.
That’s EvE, playing solo is quite challenging, you have to learn to read the signs and how to get away - and most important what you can afford to lose. Ships are tools, get a new one according to your wallet and jump into the void again ![]()
And don’t neglect fittings, this one was quite poor (you gonna laugh about that in a year).
Speaking aside of the OP case, there is a dread with drones.
Indeed, the Caiman is the exception.
As a Guristas dread the Caiman can use fighters. It’s 1 out of 16 dreads and a pirate dread so one of the least-used dreads. And you could easily spot that the Minmatar ship above is not the Caiman as like all Guristas ships it has a Caldari hull.
You’re right, but in general you can expect dreads not to have drones or fighters.
Not sure what part of “I’m still a beginner” you don’t understand!!
Thanks Pierre. I appreciate the encouragement
That post wasn’t meant against you.
I’m aware you’re a beginner.
Dryson isn’t. He’s been playing twice as long as I have and has opinions on a lot of things. He should know better than to say such nonsense as he did.
