Started data can hack. Suddenly Sansha frigates warped in.
3 salvos 1000 dmg each and the Sunesis is gone.
Returned 1 min later to bookmark the shipwreck.
There were no traces of the data site or my shipwreck.
The location turned into a Sansha combat site.
Data miners be warned of treacherous data sites!

in an Astero you can safely get 2 cans from a ghost site, then run away, otherwise avoid any data site of lvl 3 if you are to slow.
your pod wont be attacked by the rats so after death do not warp away and remember to bookmark your shipwreck.

you can actualy do the entire ghost site in an astero if you are fast enought
I did the entire site in Heron. It is not really about player hacking skills, but luck. Sometimes they spawn 1 minute after warp in, sometimes 3-5 and that allows to hack it all. But if it is just 1 minute, if you hack more than 2 you might find yourself in middle of a hack (that mustn’t be failed) when npcs arrive and then you are fkcked. So If I am in expensive ship I don’t risk more than 2, if in cheap one, then I try to hack it all, if they arrive and I am in middle of hack I eject what I looted so far and try my best to finish and run.

understandable; so far the few ghost site ( rare to found them ) seem to me around two to three minutes
The Ghost site entities should have dissected your brain for being canny.
