Update: ah well, at least I got the mass injection hope rush… guess i’ll just buy a bunch of regular injectors to get my fix.

It will be interesting how they fix this because there are hypernet’s up, buy/sell trades, and then legit contracts like mine where I’ve traded it to my alt. Something somewhere is gonna break.

The solution is just to activate the item so it becomes injectable like other injectors, then if people have bought/sold them so be it, end of the day its no different to buying skill injectors, its still sp that someone else has extracted.

The fix is to stop it from being redeemed as an item first and foremost, and then fix it by making it so that the item can be activated and through that the SP applied to the character.

Any other way of ‘fixing’ it just gonna make the pile of ■■■■ bigger.

Update 13:30 Evetime : We have just deployed a hotfix for this issue - when redeeming this SP reward it will apply to unallocated SP properly instead of going to inventory as an item.

The client does not yet properly indicate this change but a fix for that is in the works.

We are still looking into fixing the SP rewards that were already redeemed before this hotfix was in place.

CCP will most likely remove the item and give SP to those who completed the event, in the amount of SP that had to be received.

Edit: Meh… the editor is converting the char to markup that then links an image. I WANT THE TRUE RED DOT!
