I suggest you look at history before condemning China’s political system, until 1970 they were very much an agricultural society, their political system is a result of this. They’re latecomers to the industrial revolution.
Other nations that experienced the industrial revolution far earlier treated their population in similar ways for many decades during industrialisation; my own country is the birthplace of the industrial revolution and our hands were just as dirty during industrialisation as China’s where “enslavement” of people in the pursuit of profit is concerned.

Last I checked Germany was filling its concentration camps with communists. Along with many other types of people, of course. That includes Auschwitz. The one you specifically mentioned.
