Kronos vs Golem

So I was looking up which one was best with their respective implant set (Crystal for Golem, Asklepian for Kronos). Amp+Shield boost rep 1577.3 while x2 Armor repairers reps 1230.2; both in bastion
While in bastion, the EM resistance hole for Golem shields is only 5% different from the explosive resistance hole for Kronos armor.
Shield HP is 11,000 for Golem while 9,875 for Kronos (unless you add the 1600mm steel plate low slot).

Now with all that information out the way, I keep being told that I keep dying because Golems are easier to kill than Kronos. Now a quick zkillboard check will show that there was nothing that could be done from being hot-dropped by 15 BOs or 20 TC3s, but it’s driving me crazy that people keep saying this. Is there something that I’m not taking into account? Fit suggestions would be appreciated too.

P.S I know there are drugs to make the tanks better, but taking into account that Exile and Drop both boost for 25%, Golem will still come out on top. Hell, I wouldn’t include the implants either but seeing as you need 2 armor reps to almost catch up to the tank of an amp with booster, I needed to include that variable.

Remember CCP nerfed bastions recently too PVP wise they can now be affected by E war. Missiles is your best bet since they always hit unlike large hybrid guns. This kind of goes for level 4 missions also but everyone has their own preferences.
