It’s sort of a weird ship to choose. If you’re to dualbox in that price range, you might be better off skipping right over to Dominixes (that can be plat insured). Running two target painters on one dominix avoids drone aggro.
Again, c3s have enemies that orbit outside of occult optimal, and ramping up mystic damage only so you can rival AFK navy wasps, I’d seriously suggest using another hull for that job.
