Why do some groups live in a C2 wormhole with a low sec static? A null sec static offers interesting PVP opportunities. A high sec one means you can easily reach buyers for all the goodies found in cosmic signatures.
Because there aren’t as many random people trying to use your hole for their own benefit. If fewer people come inside your hole, you have to do much less cleanup.

You got me. I “creatively” acquired such a thing. Held it for 2 yrs with 3 acct’s. Made me rich and was-a-ton-o-fun! 
A “creepy” fit orca helped. 
Not sure if I would try it now though?
