One step away from homelessness is living in a group home. You stay in a manor with a group of people and the government pays your way for a long time. It’s grants like this that are important to keep people from going homeless.
A company called Adapt manages a house with people and mentors to help get you back into society. They help the psychological impact of living in one of these homes. It’s a residential care facility. I’m suffering from schizophrenia.

I need more socialization, and this is helping me because I live in a community of people. This is another place I can socialize is Eve, or it used to be anyways. There’s a community of players here, and I’ve only met a small handful of them.

I am well today and just wanted to chime in on the forums.

Hello, glad to know you are well today. If you look on the internet you will find a few forum for people who need to connect with others, people who feel lonely or are hurting from past trauma.

If you haven’t done so, try to join a small corporation and integrate their activities. Lots of EVE players are helpful.

Hang in there, my friend. Life is like a roller-coaster, enjoy the ride and smile. Ultimately, we will all end up in the same place together.
