In the infrastructure property deeds. The fine print has the costs somewhere. The fact that you don’t read it, doesn’t make it less of a law. (this is sarcasm. Please refrain from searching for deeds or fine prints)
You have to establish a property, mow the lawn, seed, upgrade, wait, upgrade more, etc.
Simply put, the costs of the operation and it’s infrastructure, tho not written, make it so that you have to clear not the site, but anything you can with the numbers you have and for the required time.
In the infrastructure property deeds. Again, the right is bestowed to those who put the work on rising the infrastructure, organize political boundaries, arrange logistics and trans ports, assign tasks, deploy the groups and then, if you begin today, perhaps one year from now, can come back and speak of rights to those who very well know, have earned it.
This concept is derived from the board game Monopoly, remember? You don’t really have anything by just sitting on a turf. You need to build up but must wait for others to roll the dices, do business, etc.
Do you understand that PVP action is relatively short. But now I’m forced to spam V every second from login till logout. Even being docking… )))) Joke.
OMG did I spoke deeds, negotiations, property, and ugh! … POLITICS?
Well, it happens that Politics, which was one of the most intriguing parts of EVE and amalgam of interpersonal relations of the finest pedigree, is stalled at the moment.
That other part of the game, which activity is background of scenario conditions and infrastructure deployment with the derived SOV arrangements, etc… is suffering a huge setback.
If it was for Politics, this chaos charade could be the worse move ever.
In today’s technology a country knows when there is an activity in their skies. They know if they are friendly or not. But in EVE, there is no such technology. There were many illogial aspects of this game but it was still more playable for me. Now it is less.
The invading part has a technological advance which allow them to move in stealth (maybe cloak).
Or a communications jammer (perhaps BO)
In which case, we have a cyclic mexican standoff proposal that can only escalate in technogimmicks to counter anything new the enemy comes with.
Unless… one of those gimmicks becomes absolutely impervious (maybe cloak)
Or impossible to flank (perhaps BO)
But reality (this ever escalation of superiority by both parts) as contrast for an immersive MMO is hard to code once it’s imagined.
Too hard and cumbersome… perhaps those highly skilled will win the game in minutes and you have to think and code again.
So, here you are, and here is chaosfart… to remind you that “we don’t want to imagine no more” “we really don’t like coding that much anyways”
There COULD HAVE BEEN A ■■■■■■■ SHIP THAT ACTIVATES THE FUCKTARD BO UPON ARRIVAL OR AT WILL BUT DECLOAKS ALL OF THOSE ALIEN TO THE SOV AT THE SAME ■■■■■■■ TIME
But that would be difficult and cumbersome and requires work.
Again fellas, my dear and undearest… these are not proposals. Do not cherrypick them. It’s just to show that there is no use on discussing the BO but we should focus on the chaos itself, it’s pending promise of deliverance weekly, the undeniable lazyness and the fact that it’s first and foremost feature, failed to accomplish any resemblance of the chaos concept. There is no chaos.
How come it was unthinkable that a communications disruption (which can only mean one thing) could not be lend to the hands of the players?
Too chaotic?
A weapon, other than pew and yoiyoiyoi and prrrrr? One that disrupts your fleets, maybe?
An advance of the cloak? or a cloak on steroids?
One that won’t require uberskills?
So anyone can disrupt an umbrella with a swift blow?
Or flatten a donut to crumbs?
THIS IS MADNESS!
Don’t imagine, will ya? let’s just do this chaos and let goryoss Xucca give these pimps some not so cool ideas.
Still pointless to undock in Sub-caps if you want to be saved. With less Intel coming in entire chunks of Null are… Well, the newbs don’t stand a chance.
It’s the BLOP’s mechanic. A Battleship being able to jump a fleet the same distance as a capital or Titan-bridge doesn’t make sense. And that BLOP’s mechanic is unbreakable with less Intel floating around.
Which means that, basically, a bunch of rich-kids get to ruin a bunch of poor-kids’ days.
Brave Catch standing has been deserted all afternoon, & this is a regular pattern now. Brave is not stupid. They’ve gone elsewhere. Intel being so badly reduced means that Time-zone wars are now in full effect. You need multiple alts just to do the basics, and that is causing issues.
Personally I’ve retreated to High Sec Incursion, but that’s because I’m barely into a carrier and have no scout at present.
The credit-card warriors are fine by the sounds of it, but… Is it really EVE? Or is it the Toxic side of EVE coming back?
Sounds like alot of opportunity in null from the BO. However, at the same time i can’t get the image of myself picking up a bar of soap mysteriously landing at my feet in the shower. get it!!
Even now “at this moment” there are about 25k players online!!! I see no loss at all. There is nothing but lies and “empty threats”. Yeah yeah, just continue to cancel all your subs and accounts…
