Sad to see EVE pass away, but it seems CCP or their new owners found the final nail for the coffin and applied it.
Online averages of below 20k players donât look healthy to me. The economy will fail and the game will be not interesting anymore and the downward spiral will gain speed. Unfortunate.

Have found out in the last few weeks since blackout startet, there are so many things i can do instead
and they bring fun too.
No need to play a game that is totally confusing now.
Maybe i will play as Alpha sometimes in Hisec, if i start to miss Eve^^

A lot of people is insubbing their accounts, nullsec for carebears is almost unplayable and 0.0 dy by day is more empty.

Maybe it is because only they can see trhe number of subscriptions they currently have, the amount of plex being bought in cash and the amount of people they consider to be likely to be off playing WOW Classic.
Also the amount of people they are happy to lose to try and fix EvE up so it does not die an earlier than needed death. CCP is already down millions for catering to null.
We know that thousands of accounts have been lost in the last 2 months due to RMT and botting bans.
Itâs not only carebears but generally anything smaller than caps. You can either run super cheap ship and pray to get even few millions back or forget to rat completely because getting money for more serious toy is straight few hours of ratting - something impossible with whole gangs of covert ops ships roaming null constantly

The blackout has been great were making more isk then ever. The cyno change however might also be the end of my game. I cant replace a super a day, cost in my currency R1700 which is equal to 20% of ny monthly income unaffordable

If you are refering to those who buy PLEX from the market to sub their accounts, well, this is driving demand, and demand for PLEX is needed. If there is no demand then people would not buy it to sell.

⌠then donât rat in a Super? One point of the changes is to increase the risk when using them. EVE has many alternatives at lower price points.

Be in range of the umbrella and have an alt in a brick-tanked Falcon 200km away (set up bookmarks when you get into the anom). Be ready to put the cyno alt in the standing fleet instead of the super, and if you get jumped, get into Theta comms, ask for help, and do what youâre told.
Youâll be fine.
If you donât have any alts who can fly force recons:
- Fix that.
- Talk to the other people ratting in the system to see if any of them do, and work out a deal to provide cyno cover for the whole system.
- If not (2), then until (1), put an alt in a Clownshoe Nereus in the system, with the entosis replaced by an industrial cyno. Be even more alert and in Theta comms all the time. If you get jumped, tell them whatâs going on, ask if they can get a Force Recon cyno bridged to the indy cyno via BlOps. If itâs something big enough to threaten your super, theyâll probably want to kill it. But definitely (1).
