Local Comms Blackout - Discussion Thread - Part Deux!

Seems like highsec is the perfect place for you. If you are that terrified then you should go back where you belong. Even without BO you aren’t going to survive in null anyway with that attitude.

The blackout should have extended to the forums.

If someone like you can do it, no worries for me.

I am not terrified, just disgusted, because BO means “go crab in super in bloc umbrella space, or die”, no other options are present for living in nullsec without addressing glaring balance issues listed above. I could totally do that, years ago, when document of shame and CCP catering service clearly pointed out this will be THE way to play the game, but I don’t want to, so my only choice was to adapt out of my subscription fees, which I did.

Though I am an honest person and I can openly tell anyone that I would rather play in hisec, if only CCP didn’t nerf the ■■■■ out of it in 2013 in an attempt to push everybody (me) and his dog (you) to nullsec. Now the only way to play in hisec is to occupy some 0.5 system with a set of half-decent moons, and get wardec-griefed out of it (you can fight it, but you can’t fight it AND mine your moons, making fighting for them kinda pointless) till you quit. Or mind-numbingly grind incursions for at least some ISK, get ganktarded by someone who’s vegan just because he’s not allowed to eat species with higher IQ than his, and then quit. At least I get to drop caps on ganktards in nullsec, what am I supposed to do in hisec?

But that’s the moot point. Until highsec issues are resolved, nullsec it is. Until BO issues are resolved and threat of another BO with those issues unresolved persists, CCP bashing to resolve or promise no BO it is.

The game balance issue is the free intel from local existed in the first place. That was the mistake. CCP should have never made local the intel mechanic it was from the beginning. Now that the damage has long ago been done and the mistake was made, taking it away to restore the balance to how it should be causes whiners like you because of the psychological effect rather than it being a bad decision to remove it.

I mean look, you are a prime example. Whiner about BO, spending your life krabbing to get more isk to embrace and increase the super cap/blob proliferation to krab some more. You are the very definition of what is making sov null a stagnant wasteland.

The game balance issue is not the “free intel”. The game balance issue is that this intel became the last available form of defense, when bubbles were nerfed into non-existence, and gravimetric sigs became ore anoms.
It was a terrible decision to remove it and not give any other form of defense. Because when you get from flimsy defense (killboards make it fairly apparent that local is not much of a defense) to no defense, at the total mercy of a ganktard so brainless he would probably die from forgetting he can’t breath under water, of course this is not gonna be acceptable.

Why don’t you look at you.
Everyone who disagrees with you is a krab, you’re the quintessence of princess-level entitlement to “killing krabs” for the great achievement of showing up, and ofc you whine about capitals because low-effort trash like you doesn’t get them.

I said I could totally krab in umbrella space. I never did that, because I don’t want to. I’m in a group that is neutral to all blocs. I’m no more happy about cap proliferation than the next guy because those caps are used against me all the time.

But get this idea through that incredibly narrow hole in the mental corner you’re holed in by your ignorance: BLACKOUT IS THE THING THAT DOES EXACTLY THAT. It forces me to join the blob or die, because literally the only form of defense against the blackout is to be too big for the ganktard to chew. It forces me to krab for supers because regular caps are nerfed to cater to your whine. You should be ■■■■■■■ thankful that I chose to unsub rather than do that, you piece of a bloody narrated idiot. Do you get it, or I need to go further into the idiot language for you?

See how scared the Null Bears get when you turn the lights out, they sober up and then the fun really starts when the lights come back on.

Yes, highsec is for you. A place where you get the free intel, a free response blob fleet (concord) and where you can be immune from wardecs if you don’t own a structure. You get all that you want and more. I am not sure why you bothered to go to null in the first place seeing as it’s too hard for you and you feel forced into gameplay that you dislike.

The sigs becoming anoms, I would definitely like that back because it was much easier to kill people when you had to probe their sites down. Hint: I pre-probed the sites when system was empty then come back later. The poor bastards thought they were safe as long as they don’t see probes in D-scan. Warp in and demolish miners to my hearts content. With the anoms there is the danger of someone warping to you immediately so upon seeing someone in local the miners all dock up. So yes, please being back grav sigs and remove the anoms so brainless people who don’t know mechanics like you can die more ;).

It’s amazing how after all that explanation you still don’t get it. Is your intellectual constipation natural or forced?

Me too. Managing the respawn for those sites is not hard, and you can always mine in a freshly-spawned site, rofling at ganktards warping to their bookmarks only to find a container named “hello stupid, now get out” sitting there. Totally fine with clueless people dying.
Just like that I could be totally fine with blackout, if balance issues around it are addressed. I’m ok with challenge, I play actual pvp games, but it should be a challenge, there should be a method to madness, an ounce of effort and at least two digit IQ requirement involved on the attacker’s side, and with the way blackout went in, those requirements were completely removed, and I’m not ok with that.

Intel is not the issue relating to game balance

Funny how you claim are “ok with a challenge” right after you said your answer to the BO was unsubbing. You don’t want a challenge. You want to tell people you want a challenge so you can feel like a badass when in fact you want a totally safe farmville to play in. You might as well be honest instead of failing trying to hide it lol.

…and that is being spewed right after you explain to him at least 3 times how BO was NOT a challenge but a bad call, due to ignoring obvious and tremendous disbalance it creates. That intellectual constipation must be natural.

I’d be under the bloc umbrella in a super if I wanted that. I’m not there, and challenging those blocs instead. Which I already told you as well. Do you have a goldfish memory along with that constipation?

Just because your butt tells you that everyone disagreeing with you is a hopeless krab it doesn’t mean that’s true. It’s usually being told to kids in kindergartens, but looking at you, that’s the level where we have to start.

Lay off the drugs man. I never said anything of the sort.

You lay off. That’s what I said, not you, it was obviously smarter than anything you could possibly say, how do you even confuse it?!

Read your own writing.

Train reading comprehension. “you” refers to me, “him” - to you.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illeism here, education time.

Druuuugzzzzzzzzzzzzz

English, mothershipper, do you speak it?

I do, but obviously your brain is too fried to even comprehend what your own writing says.

You, sir, are genuinely dumb. Are you perhaps mentally ill? I’ll lay off if so.
I even went as far to explain to you what refers to what, and you still don’t get it. I can only suggest that you ask whoever your guardian is to explain how illeism works to you.

And talking to someone directly while referring to yourself as “you” and them as “him” is not correct. A sorry attempt at making your drugged out fried brain sound intelligent. Go back to mining under your super umbrella. All this forum stuff takes more processing power than the couple of brain cells you have left can handle.
