Local Comms Blackout - Discussion Thread

Literally anyone who can’t drop a dozen supers at a moment’s notice, trying to make a home in null.

This is a great change. Will NPC Null be effected as well? I assume it would.

Would have been nice to have a bit more warning so I could ensure not to have more than one account subscribed for the duration of the event.

About time things changed to save this game

CCP, I have no ideea what you guys are doing and why. Null has been in a state of dynamic balance for years, the scale tipping every couple of years one way or another. Forcing null to go into cartel mode is not good for the game. Why would you think that eve is healthier with the blue donut that drifters forced on null? Do you realise that the scarcity in null specific resources that will hit HS because of the embargo will affect new players the most?

Yes, we will.

This is practically surprise secs of nullsec! #notwithoutmyconsent

Please point to the CSM discussion where anyone outside of CCP thought this was a good idea…

Looking forward to catching other fools though - recons will sell out quick with no dscan bonuses.

Will be more funny when they will cry “No more target”

Hmmm, is it a bidding war? OK, my turn. Time for me, my wife, our kids and the dog to unsubscribe our 579 accounts. Thanks CCP.

Hey we can actually turn this server into serenity now. I vote we bring back the super toxic pirates now and dumpster fire everything. we can make it unsafe…

what wrong with you, moron.

I’m looking forward to see how will it change the nullsec.

Should make delve more fun,

Depends. If this is event / lore related and is limited time, this will be interesting.
If you plan this as permanent changes, hmm…
People may have gone for Wormholes if they prefer no local environments. You simply need not to force null bears to live in wormholes.

God I love it when adorable pubbies think they can stop 200 supers and rorqs from krabbing. This will litterally just hand yet another big win to goons/panfam/test and force them to open a cartel and consolidtate.

Subcap krabbing is basically dead with this change.

as long as there’s more than one of them, they’ll have targets
