Seems like a bad idea. We already have wormholes. This just looks like a way to reset the economy in the short term. Many miners already risk quite a bit, and have many resources invested for mining ops. The bottom line is that this will force many null miners to hi-sec and hurt renters and alliances considerably. At least that’s what it looks like. The good news is for the PvP groups we will get lots of things to shoot now… and this will address the botting problem a bit. 
overall I see a player drop as a result of this change.

Capital pilots are pissed because it won’t be safe to fly solo… they could get attacked! Cloaked ships are too strong because we won’t know they’re there!
Holy ■■■■, they might have to bring fleets to protect our capital ships as they take in billions.

They do run away - see their alts running incursion sites in highsec. It’s just that now, they won’t know when to run

Interesting move, I look forward to seeing how it pans out, I think it is brave of CCP to do it, I think it is a positive change in terms of content provision, not sure what those null sec carebares will think though.

Heres an idea on how to save the fluid in the SCC routers from being lost. Turn off the local in Jita permanently. All the scammers must be truly eating up a lot of the fluid necessary for local to run.

Interesting innovation.
You activate them and I stop playing with eve for the time of the “blackout”.
If the blackout takes too long and I think that I get too little back from my invested money in 6 accounts - then I will finally quit EVE.
Will be slow time since the beta 2003.
There are enough other games.

CCP will then just introduce their own buy orders if they haven’t already to keep people on the PLEX IV, they don’t want people making ISK, they want them buying it, and losing it as quickly as possible.

Removed nullsec local? OK… Then how about statistic removal? Remove pirates kill counting, jumps counting. Oh yeah, remove indexes too. That will be a fair play then. PVP-players would not know where PVE-players are located… By the way, stupid decision. Better find the solution for AFK lamps, cycled or fuel consumed cloacks or smth kinda.
