There isn’t currently local in abyssal filaments. This should change. One spirit of EvE is a “gf” in local and currently with 5 people many aren’t bothered to send it to 4 others through mail. Adding local would be a good way to solve this. This also opens players up to deception and scamming, a vital part of eve.
This is a little late, but still, pls add it.

Because then you have to open chat to 4 other people, who might not even accept (because they don’t have the time or something).

Fair dos. Though I think leaving local out also solves this problem.
